Born on the 26th of December 1912, to Mona Duncan Epley and William Thomas Epley on the family ranch in Martin County, Texas (Stanton), homesteaded by his father in 1894. Bobby E. Allgood, passed away Feb. 26, 2009 at his daughter's house in Ledbetter, Tx. Baeza is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Cortez Baeza and Margarita Baeza; one brother, Danny Baeza and two sisters, Carmela Hinojos and Cecilia Ornelas. He was born Oct. 10, 1938, in Howard County, Tx., was a truck driver, served in the U.S. Army, had relocated to Ohio for the past 20 years and was a Baptist. Walter A Stark Jr., passed away peacefully in his apartment in Santa Fe amongst his closest family Jan. 6, 2023 after over a year battling cancer. He was enlisted in the U. S. Marine Corp from 1950 1954, and served in the Korean War. He was born Sept. 10, 1991, in Blythe, Calif., was a student and a Baptist. They settled in Pecos in 1968 and have been part of the community ever since. Burial will be at the Rankin Cemetery. He retired in 2003. Survivors include one son, Alfredo Reyes and his wife, Manuela of Pecos; one daughter, Anna Marie Herrera of Frisco; two brothers, Ramon Reyes of El Paso, Manuel Reyes of Pecos; six grandchildren, Melinda, Esmerelda and Diana Reyes, Pedro Reyes, Matthew and Andrew Herrera; three great-grandchildren, Aubrey Shae Reyes, Dominic Dominguez and Aleric Ann Dominguez. She was active in a number of professional education organizations and joined her husband in his music and pastoral work in a variety of communities. Bob served in the Army during World War II. He would never forget what they did for him. Julia suffered from Alzheimers and was a resident of a special care facility for Alzheimers patients for the last three years in Bedford. Bob ultimately formed a cooperative oil mill that served gins from Reeves County to the panhandle. Levi also served the citizens of Pecos and Reeves County as a City Councilman in the early 1960's and was responsible for significant beautification improvements made to Fairview Cemetery, which included placing the chain link fence around the perimeter as well as the planting of evergreen shrubs and trees.
